The AIM Investment Summit launched an event in Guangzhou, China, reflecting a strategic vision aimed at connecting regional and international capital with the engines of industrial and technological growth in China.
AIM, the world's leading investment platform and one of the most prominent global events dedicated to guiding sustainable investment, brought together investors, decision-makers, senior government officials, and business leaders in an environment designed to transform economic dialogue into practical partnerships, open new avenues for cross-border cooperation, and expand business opportunities in future-oriented sectors.
The event served as a high-level platform, uniting a select group of public and private sector representatives from China, the UAE, and international markets, all under the umbrella of the AIM Investment Summit.
Guangzhou was chosen to host the event due to its pivotal location at the heart of China's Greater Bay Area, which has become one of the world's most dynamic economic and industrial regions. Fahad Al Gergawi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Trade, delivered the opening address, emphasizing the UAE's commitment to further strengthening its economic partnerships with China and enhancing trade and investment ties with both China and the region. He is also leading a delegation of over 100 participants, a clear indication of the platform's growing importance as a trusted space where institutional vision meets actionable market opportunities.
This edition attracted approximately 50 speakers, 350 participants, and 100 delegates, reflecting the increasing need for a specialized UAE-China platform focused on investment, innovation, and industrial cooperation.
