UAE stocks declined on Friday, ending a four-session winning streak. The Dubai Financial Market General Index fell 1.69% to 6,163.5 points, while the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange General Index dropped 0.95% to 10,016.82 points.
In Dubai, Emaar Properties shares fell 0.46% to AED 12.96, Emirates NBD shares dropped 4.38% to AED 30.98, Air Arabia shares declined 3.2% to AED 5.70, and Emaar Development shares decreased 1.7% to AED 14.94.
In the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, Aldar Properties shares fell 1.7% to AED 8.84, E&P Global shares declined 2% to AED 19.60, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank shares dropped 2.86% to AED 14.96, First Abu Dhabi Bank shares decreased 2.17% to AED 18.06, and Alpha Abu Dhabi shares declined 1% to AED 8.15.
The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange index also fell 1% to AED 8.15. Liquidity was recorded at 3.6 billion dirhams, of which 1.98 billion was in Abu Dhabi and 1.6 billion in Dubai.
